Decor, cleanliness, and location were first-rate. The helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The apartment has obviously been recently refurbished and was absolutely spotless. The location couldn't really be bettered, providing easy access to both central areas and nearby districts. We have visited the city on multiple occasions and this was definitely the best apartment and location, so we wouldn't consider anywhere else on future trips.
Only a couple of minor things - the kitchen could have had more utensils, like sharp knives and a bottle opener. there were no mugs for a decent size cuppa.
